Claudio Sadler's passion for food has always been the main factor in his successful career. He is currently running his two Guide Michelin star restaraunt in Milan, and has opened two very distinguished resaraunts in Tokyo, which enforce his entrepreneurial creativity and his limitless passion for Italian cuisine.
